These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mb444 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and mb444 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the mb444 website and all services offered through it. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone else who interacts with the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
mb444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Governing Terms
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through the mb444 internal complaints process in the first instance.
1. Player Eligibility
Minimum Age
The mb444 platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or older. By accessing the Platform, registering an account or placing a wager, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. mb444 may request documentary proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend any account where age verification is pending or has failed. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be voided and the account balance will be forfeited.
Geographic Restrictions
The mb444 platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. mb444 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. Providing false information about your location constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Prohibited Persons
mb444 employees, contractors, directors, officers and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform. Any account identified as belonging to a prohibited person will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited. Additionally, persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform are not permitted to re-register under any circumstances during the self-exclusion period.
2. Account Registration and Management
Registration Requirements
To participate in real-money gaming on mb444, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current and complete information as required by the registration form. You are required to provide a valid mobile phone number registered in your name. mb444 relies on the accuracy of the information you provide; if any information proves to be false, inaccurate or misleading, mb444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active account on mb444. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. mb444 employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, all accounts linked to the same individual will be reviewed; bonuses received on any of those accounts will be voided, and winnings may be forfeited at mb444's discretion.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify mb444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. mb444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
mb444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and selected other payment methods as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. All accepted payment methods are listed within your account dashboard. mb444 reserves the right to add, remove or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Specific minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by mb444 within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, which vary by payment method. mb444 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. mb444 may require KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold. Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account have been fully met.
Currency and Conversion
All transactions on mb444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currency. Any conversion from a foreign currency to BDT is the responsibility of the player's payment provider. mb444 does not accept responsibility for currency conversion fees, exchange rate fluctuations or charges imposed by a player's bank or mobile financial service provider.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, free spins and promotional credits offered by mb444 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on each individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail. mb444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, winnings derived from bonus funds remain as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn. mb444 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus funds and any associated free spins will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. It is your responsibility to use bonuses within the stated validity window. mb444 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Fraud and Collusion
Any attempt to defraud mb444, its payment systems or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to appropriate authorities. Collusion between players in any game format — including but not limited to live casino table games — is prohibited. mb444 uses fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, account activity and payment behaviour to identify suspicious conduct.
Use of Automated Systems
The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any other automated system to interact with the mb444 platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using automated systems will be suspended immediately. All winnings generated through automated means will be voided regardless of the game type involved.
Money Laundering
mb444 has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering. Any transaction or pattern of transactions identified as potentially constituting money laundering will be reported to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities. mb444 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may require players to provide source-of-funds documentation as part of its KYC and AML compliance procedures. Any funds associated with money laundering will be reported and forfeited.
6. Responsible Gaming

Self-Exclusion
Players who elect to self-exclude from mb444 will have their account suspended for the period chosen, during which they will not be able to access the Platform, place bets or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. mb444 will take all reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from opening new accounts during the exclusion period. If you attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account, both accounts will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the mb444 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of mb444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mb444.
Third-Party Game Content
Games available on mb444 are provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. mb444 does not claim ownership of third-party game content. Your use of any game on the Platform is subject both to these Terms and to any end-user terms imposed by the game's developer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
mb444 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages or events outside mb444's reasonable control. mb444 shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings, bonus eligibility or promotional opportunities — arising from Platform unavailability, regardless of the cause or duration of the interruption.
No Warranty on Outcomes
All gaming outcomes on mb444 are determined by certified RNG systems or by live physical outcomes beyond mb444's control. mb444 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding gaming outcomes, winning probabilities or returns. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mb444's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
